Our Stringybark Honey is a premium Australian eucalyptus honey, harvested from native stringybark forests on the South Coast of NSW. This variety is known for its rich amber colour, smooth texture and deep, well-rounded flavour.
Naturally less sweet than floral honeys, stringybark honey has warm caramel and malt notes with a gentle woody finish. It’s a favourite for those who enjoy a full-bodied honey that isn’t overpowering.
Raw and minimally processed, our Stringybark Honey retains its natural enzymes and characteristics. Perfect for stirring into tea or coffee, drizzling over toast and porridge, or pairing with cheeses and savoury dishes.
